These healing practices -- mindful movement, building inner strength, body work and ear acupuncture -- are critical, non-talk-therapy methods to support the individual's whole self. It can be hard to listen to yourself or to trust yourself when your body is healing, when your nervous system is healing, and when your heart is healing after trauma.
