Medical advocates are volunteers who provide crisis intervention, support and resources to survivors during a forensic medical exam at a hospital or clinic after an incident of sexual assault or domestic violence.
Advocates are on-call for 6 hour shifts of your choosing: day, evening and overnight shifts available. Take as few as four shifts per month. Some paid shifts available!
A powerful opportunity to work alongside survivors, provide crisis support and help folks begin their healing process.
Upcoming Training Schedule: All advocates complete 40 hours of training provided by NOFJC (20 hours online, 20 in-person).

Tuesday, July 23, 5-9p
