Offered simultaneously in a group setting, NADA Ear Acupuncture and Massage. Ear Acupuncture provided by Jen Stovall and Massage provided by Meghan Johnson. Clothed table massage, research shows that even 15 minutes of massage is therapeutic. NADA ear acupuncture is commonly used for stress, trauma, PTSD, sleep, detoxification, addiction & general well being. Generally offered Thursdays. Please check the online calendar for an occasional cancellation, change in date, due to weather or other circumstances.
